£200,000 to redeem the whole. He urgently begs that the sum of £700,000 may be punctually remitted on Odober 6th to Que Chines. Henisher as Coachington. As to this further loan of $200,000 he begs that you consult the Colonial Office by telpap's whether in case this sum can be remitted together with the larger amount, it should form the subject of a separate apicement or money should simply be incorporated by him and liur Cousul Generat in An Existing loan agreement.
